“Cuvée Agincourt” NV

Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc shouldn't work, as its herbaceous aromatics can clash with the bubbles. However, this wine does work, with crisp acidity, integrated aromatics, and a very light touch of sugar (2g/L) for a fresh, light, approachable style. It's imaginative and very much its own thing. Just 11.2%.
