Pét Kon Vino Rosato Frizzante Rosso Conero ($22)

100% Montepulciano for a lightly-coloured, slightly hazy pink pét-nat. It comes from a vineyard just 1km from the sea, with some elevation. Like most pét-nat, it’s a little funky but it’s also quite fun. Definitely best served with food.
