about the winery started in 1933, and has always had a focus on vineyard-based wine rather than regional, generic wine that Prosecco is know for. Now into the fourth generation, and single-vineyards remain a focus.

“Col Credas” Valdobbianene Superiore 2024 ($36)

This is one of the few occasions when Prosecco has geninuely impressed me: fruity and lovely and not too sweet. It’s a single-vineyard wine from Credazzo, at elevation of 300m+, known for its hillside towers. Unlike most Prosecco, this is easy to drink in a serious way.
