Cuvée Real NV ($32)

90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir. 24 months on the lees, with 4.8g/l dosage. Very Italian, with strong truffle aromas.

Essence Rosé 2016 ($40)

50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Longer time on the lees (36 months) gives the wine more depth and complexity. The fruity aromas are balanced by 7.5g/l dosage for a round, creamy mouthfeel.
