Pét-Nat Rosé Cévennes IGP 2023 ($24)
Vidoc is a hybrid variety that isn’t even mentioned in Wine Grapes, planted in Côtes du Rhône for rosé wines, even though its tannins and alcohol are high. Fruity, bright, easy drinking, with a touch of sugar, bubbles that appeal to a cider drinker.
